Iam currently doing a regular podcast, giving disabled comedians a platform from which to perform. My aim is to showcase the wealth of talent out there, which has hitherto suffered from a lack of exposure. I have cerebral palsy and, before the COVID pandemic, was regularly gigging around the country. Despite a lot of positive feedback, I have been saddened to note that opportunities for disabled people are quite limited in this field. I hope to change that.

Well what can say about Lauren and she is a up-and-coming comedian
Chronically ill and chronically funny. A new kid on the block but not around the houses. Lauren regales tales of the mystery that is modern dating and kissing far too many frogs for anyone’s liking Lauren’s stories and anecdotes are naughty, silly and frankly just plain bizarre.

I spent 7 months in hospital recovering both mentally and physically in 2021. At one point I managed to wangle together a small group for a comedy writing workshop and presentation. This was my headline piece. ID: Benjamin, a white late 20's male with a buzz cut in a psychedelic T-Shirt and blue shorts, is stood with his residual limb, right below the knee, and a microphone in his non injured left hand, imitating what a falling starfish would do if pushed into a wheelchair #LimbLossAwarenessMonth #Disabled #Amputee #AmputeeMan #ProstheticLeg #ProstheticLife #Disability #Amputados #Amputado #WheelchairUser #Access #Accessibility #AccessForAll #Comedy #Theatre #ActorsOfInstagram #WorkingClassActor #LimbDifferenceAwarenessMonth #Starfish #Impression #NHSHeroes #DisabledJoy #MaleMentalHealthAwareness #StandUpComedy #MaleMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters #AmputeesOfInstagram https://www.instagram.com/p/Cb8skuWo0sY/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=
