Iam currently doing a regular podcast, giving disabled comedians a platform from which to perform. My aim is to showcase the wealth of talent out there, which has hitherto suffered from a lack of exposure. I have cerebral palsy and, before the COVID pandemic, was regularly gigging around the country. Despite a lot of positive feedback, I have been saddened to note that opportunities for disabled people are quite limited in this field. I hope to change that.

I equip organisations with the tools, awareness, knowledge, and insight needed to enable them to practice inclusive leadership and implement inclusive processes, utilising a holistic approach to respect, value, and embrace difference.
